Tech Support

Having an issue with your bike? We can help you troubleshoot quickly. Most problems can be solved without sending anything back β€” just follow these steps.

  • 01 Check that your battery is fully charged and all cables are securely connected.
  • 02 Restart the bike by powering it off, waiting 10 seconds, then powering back on.
  • 03 Check our FAQ page for common issues and quick fixes.
  • 04 Still not working? Contact our tech team β€” have your order number and bike model ready.
Tip: When you reach out, tell us what the bike is doing (or not doing), any error lights or sounds, and when the problem started. This helps us solve it faster.

File a Claim

If your bike arrived damaged or something went wrong, you can file a claim. We'll review it and get back to you within 2 business days.

  • 01 Take clear photos of the damage or issue β€” include the packaging if it arrived damaged.
  • 02 Note your order number and the date of purchase.
  • 03 Submit your claim using the form below. Attach your photos and describe the issue clearly.
  • 04 Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.
Please note: Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Claims filed after this window may not be accepted.

Returns & Warranty

Not happy with your purchase? We stand behind every bike we sell. Here's what you need to know about returns and warranty coverage.

  • 01 Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return your bike. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • 02 Warranty: All bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship.
  • 03 The warranty does not cover damage from crashes, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • 04 To start a return or warranty claim, contact us with your order number and reason.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
