General Questions

Brax is an electric motorcycle distribution and wholesale company. We source and supply high-performance electric bikes to dealers, retailers, and riders across the country. Our lineup ranges from full-size dual-sport bikes to mini off-road models for younger riders.

We carry a range of electric motorcycles built for different riders and terrain. Our current lineup includes:

  • Full-size dual-sport bikes — up to 70 mph, 550 Nm of torque, 60-mile range
  • Mid-range performance models — 65 mph, 450 Nm of torque, 80-mile range
  • AP 2C Mini Off-Road — lightweight, 2000W peak motor, built for younger riders

Each model is carefully selected for quality, performance, and reliability.

It depends on the model and your local laws. Our full-size dual-sport models are designed for both road and trail use, but we recommend checking your state or local regulations before riding on public roads. The AP 2C mini is designed for off-road use only.

License requirements vary by state and by bike model. We recommend checking with your local DMV or motor vehicle authority to understand what's required in your area before purchasing.

Buying & Ordering

You can purchase directly through our website or through one of our authorized dealers. If you're a retailer or dealer interested in wholesale pricing, contact our team directly and we'll walk you through the process.

Absolutely. We specialize in distribution and wholesale, so bulk orders are something we handle regularly. Contact our team with your requirements and we'll work out pricing, lead times, and shipping logistics.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or process a cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it will need to go through our returns process.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order is placed, allow 1–3 business days for processing. From there:

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Contact us before placing an international order so we can give you an accurate estimate.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time.

Didn't get a tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll look it up right away.

Don't panic. Take clear photos of the damage — including the packaging — and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the situation and work quickly to make it right.

Important: Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Claims filed after this window may not be accepted.

Battery & Charging

Charge times vary by model:

  • Full-size models: approximately 3 hours
  • AP 2C Mini: 6–7 hours

Always use the charger that came with your bike.

Range depends on the model, terrain, rider weight, and riding style:

  • Full-size models: up to 60–80 miles under normal conditions
  • AP 2C Mini: 40–50 km

Riding uphill, at top speed, or on rough terrain will reduce range.

Store the battery at 50–80% charge in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it fully drained or fully charged for long periods of time, as this can reduce battery life over time. If storing for more than a month, check the charge level periodically and top it up if needed.

With proper care, lithium batteries are designed to last several years and hundreds of charge cycles. Avoiding extreme temperatures, not draining the battery completely, and using the correct charger will all help extend battery life.

Performance & Riding

  • Flagship full-size model: up to 70 mph
  • Mid-range model: up to 65 mph
  • AP 2C Mini: up to 45 km/h

Yes. Our full-size models feature KKE suspension with 200mm of front travel and 240mm of rear travel, fully adjustable for preload, rebound, and compression. CST dual-sport tires provide solid grip on both road and trail. The AP 2C is built specifically for off-road use with a climbing ability exceeding 35%.

Regenerative braking captures energy when you brake and sends it back to the battery. It also helps slow the bike more gradually, which can extend brake pad life over time. This feature is available on our full-size models.

No. Electric motors deliver full power instantly. There's no warm-up needed — just power on and ride.

Maintenance & Care

Much less than gas-powered bikes. There's no oil to change, no air filter to replace, and no fuel system to maintain. The main things to keep up with are:

  • Tire pressure
  • Brake fluid and pad condition
  • Chain tension and lubrication
  • Battery care and charge levels

Yes, but with care. Use low-pressure water only and avoid directing water at electrical components, connectors, the motor, or the battery. Never pressure wash or submerge the bike. Dry the bike thoroughly before riding.

  • Charge the battery to 50–80%
  • Clean the bike thoroughly and dry it completely
  • Check and inflate the tires to the correct pressure
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Check the battery charge monthly and top it up if needed

Warranty & Returns

All Brax bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Crash, drop, or accident damage
  • Misuse or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chain)
  • Water damage from improper washing
  • Damage caused by using the wrong charger or accessories

Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll review the claim and get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your bike. It must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
